April is financial wellness month, and the show will be honoring financial wellness in discussing money all month long. When you have experienced trauma or mental health issues, it's not uncommon for that to manifest in finances. So many people burn through money because of suppressed feelings of shame. Emily Maclin, a financial coach joins the show to discuss the signs of financial shame and how that shows up in managing money.
